How do I check queues in Amadeus Reservation System?

The easiest and quickest way is to use the entry:

QT

This will display a list of Amadeus Queues with PNR’s associated to the list of queues.

You can either click on a coloured Amadues Queue number or the entry:

QS8

Will display the PNR’s currently on Queue 8.

Queues will also be assigned a category e.g. C

The entry combining queue number and category, will display all PNR’s for that number and category as follows:

QSC8

To ignore a PNR, the entry:

QN

Will ignore the current PNR and move to the next one.
